Jan Plavchak and I met through the Oklahoma City Women’s Group of Everything (OKCGOE). Little did I know, she was local to Purcell, just a town away from me. She wanted her brand to be open, honest, and unbiased. I ran with that and my creativity. I came up with a few brand elements, but we decided on a more natural look with nature elements. It represents the brand as open, inviting, honest, and unbiased — exactly her goal.

Once we nailed the brand down, I moved onto the initial draft of the website design. She was going for a professional look with a good sense of flow. I kept it simple and brought out the natural elements in the brand and color palette. She loved the first draft right away and changed some copywriting up a bit. After she finalized the draft, I began working on her SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and got her on Google. Now, she can be found on Google as a therapist in Norman offering EMDR, CBT, and TF-CBT therapeutic services.

Jan desired to have business cards, a business flyer, and a business letterhead template. I designed all three within the brand strategy.

Jan chose a package that offered Social Media Start-Up. The package included 10 social media posts for Instagram and Facebook. I designed the posts and published them directly to her social media pages to get her visible.
